Staff Mobility
Siena Jazz encourages staff Mobility as an important tool in implementing its plan to welcome ever-increasing international participation, and also in improving teaching, promoting the variety and inclusion of a range of disciplines between organizations, and developing solid academic relationships between colleagues through the organization of institutional visits of staff and training courses for teaching staff.
Erasmus+ promotes international Mobility for teaching and training activities of teaching and non-teaching staff of Higher Education Institutes, and incoming staff from foreign cultural associations and organizations.
The planned activities are:
- teaching periods. This activity allows the teaching staff of higher education institutions or of other programmes to go and teach at a partner higher-education institution abroad. Staff mobility for teaching may concern any thematic area/academic discipline.
- training periods. This activity encourages the professional development of teaching and non-teaching staff of higher education institutions in the form of training events abroad (excluding conferences) and observation periods in the workplace or observation/training periods at a partner higher-education institution, or other organization of interest abroad.
